This was one of our most detailed projects of the month, requiring a full-scope structural package to prepare for a high-spec residential build. We managed everything from the ground up to ensure a perfectly level and weather-tight finish.

Slab & Detailing: A complete ribraft foundation installation, including internal footings and pads for interior load-bearing support and precise brick rebates for cladding.

At 55 Parkland Loop, the focus was on structural integrity and robust perimeter support. This project showcased our expertise in combining traditional block work with modern slab systems.
