1. Ground Preparation Coordination
Every strong foundation begins with accurate site preparation. While we refer specialized subcontractors for the initial site cuts and excavation, our team manages the critical site set-out and foundation prep to ensure the ground meets precise engineering specifications before we begin.
2. Footings and Advanced Steel Reinforcement
We install reinforced strip footings, pad footings, and custom-fabricated steel cages designed to manage heavy structural loads. Our expertise in perimeter steel cage reinforcement is critical for supporting large-scale architectural footprints and multi-story residential structures.
3. RibRaft and Specialized Engineered Systems
For modern Auckland developments, RibRaft foundations are often the superior choice for thermal efficiency and strength. We provide expert installation of RibRaft pod systems, as well as TC2 and TC3 engineered foundations for sites with complex soil requirements.
For sloping sections, we specialize in stepped foundations and reinforced block wall construction, managing multiple finished floor levels (FFL) with technical precision.
4. Concrete Pumping and Precision Finishing
Once reinforcement and formwork are secured, we execute high-volume concrete pumping and professional laying. We deliver a perfectly level, construction-ready slab, including internal load-bearing pads and accurate brick rebates for high-end cladding.
