Masonry Block Wall: Construction of the masonry block walls to form a structural component or feature within the home.
Engineered Ribraft Foundation: A robust foundation system designed for ground stability and structural integrity.
Structural Retaining Wall: Construction of a durable retaining wall to manage ground levels and provide stability for the site.
Concrete Piles: Installation of a comprehensive piling system for deep ground support and to transfer the building's load to stable soil layers.
Internal Slab Thickening: Strategic concrete thickening within the slab to provide additional support for specific internal load-bearing walls or heavy features.
Concrete Laying: All associated concrete placing, levelling, and finishing for the foundation, retaining wall, and slab.
