Concrete Piles and Pads: Installation of a comprehensive piling system for deep ground support and to transfer the building's load to stable soil layers.
Structural Retaining Wall for Swimming Pool: Construction of a durable retaining wall specifically designed to manage ground levels and provide stability for the swimming pool area.
Reinforced Concrete Footings: Strategic pouring and reinforcement of concrete footings to support load-bearing walls and other structural elements.
Engineered Ribraft Foundation: A robust foundation system designed for ground stability and structural integrity.
Concrete Laying: All associated concrete placing, levelling, and finishing for the foundation, footings, and retaining wall.
