Scope of Work
Our work on the 8-lot subdivision at Superlot, Milldale, involved a comprehensive foundation and concrete package across Lots 2, 3, 6, and 7 to support the new residential builds.
Concrete Piles: Installation of a comprehensive piling system for deep ground support and to transfer the building's load to stable soil layers.
Internal Footings and Pads: Strategic pouring and finishing of interior footings and concrete pads to support load-bearing walls and other structural elements.
Engineered Ribraft Foundations: The construction of robust foundation systems designed for ground stability and structural integrity on each of the four lots.
Brick Veneer Rebates: Specialized concrete detailing on each foundation to accommodate the brick veneer cladding systems.
Concrete Laying: All associated concrete placing, levelling, and finishing for the foundations and other concrete elements across the properties.
