Foundation Form Work: The careful and precise construction of the framework for the foundation, ensuring it is ready for the concrete pour.
Concrete Piles: Piling system for deep ground support and to transfer the building's load to stable soil layers.
Ground Beam: The construction of a structural ground beam to connect the piles and provide a robust perimeter for the foundation.
Internal Footings and Pads: Strategic pouring and finishing of interior footings and concrete pads to support load-bearing walls and other structural elements.
Concrete Laying: All associated concrete placing, levelling, and finishing for the foundation, ground beam, and footings.
Timber Fence: The construction of a timber fence.
