Scope of Work
This new residential build at 397 Te Taruna Drive, Milldale, required a specialised stepped foundation system to accommodate the different elevations of the site and support the home's design.
Stepped Foundation: Construction of a multi-level foundation specifically engineered to manage changes in site elevation and ensure a stable base for the structure.
Reinforced Footings and Pads: Strategic placement and pouring of reinforced concrete footings and pads to support load-bearing walls and specific structural points across the different levels.
Brick Veneer Preparation: Specialized concrete detailing (rebate) to create a precise finish, essential for the aesthetic and weather-tight installation of the brick veneer cladding.
Concrete Laying: All associated concrete placing, levelling, and finishing for the entire stepped foundation system, footings, and pads.
