Scope of Work
This new residential build at 26 Waitai Close, Long Bay, required a highly complex and robust foundation and structural package to accommodate the significant site changes and support the architectural design.
Deep Concrete Piles: Installation of an extensive and deep piling system for maximum ground stability and to transfer the building's load to stable soil layers.
Deep Structural Retaining Wall: Construction of a durable, deep retaining wall to manage ground levels and provide critical stability for the site.
Reinforced Concrete Footings: Strategic pouring and reinforcement of both external and internal concrete footings to support load-bearing walls, the block wall, and other structural elements.
Masonry Block Wall: Construction of the masonry block walls to form a structural component or feature within the home.
Engineered Ribraft Foundation: A robust foundation system designed for ground stability and structural integrity.
Concrete Laying: All associated concrete placing, levelling, and finishing for the foundation, footings, and retaining wall.
